Friday evening Nelson
Gifford, whose attempted suicide we have already chronicled, passed from time
to eternity after suffering for a week from the effects of his wound. His death
is said to have been caused by starvation and blood poisoning. Deceased was
buried from his residence on South College avenue Sunday afternoon the funeral
being very largely attended. Elder OP
